Steak fajita strips & onions in a Lodge 12" Pro Logic cast iron skillet
Left sizzle platter has a Tabasco logo, but you can't see it. The right sizzle platter is made by Lodge. I wish you could hear them sizzle. The key is to heat the platters in the oven at around 400° until you're ready to serve. Add a little bit of olive oil to the platters about three minutes before putting food on them.
